Who is applicable for E-Invoicing? | E-Invoicing limitation for a company

Hi Guys

This is Ravi Varma In this article I will tell you about the applicability of e-invoicing.

Let’s start

The Government of India is introducing a new invoicing method i.e e-invoicing. In this scheme who person their aggregate turnover is 20 crore that type of person can do their all invoicing processes by using of e-invoicing portal otherwise, their invoice is not a vailed for a tax invoice. by using the e-invoice portal you can send your invoices to your clients.

The Government of India has a plan to introduce a new circular if the turnover of a person is 5 crores or more than 5 crores then that type of company comes under the e-challan facility. Because on January 1, 2023, our government has to present an e-challan circular. For every company whose turnover is more than 5 crores or 5 crores then this type of company would generate its tax invoice using the e-invoicing portal.

And after that, our Indian government has a new plan for e-invoicing usability. All taxpayers who have GST numbers then such persons will generate all their tax invoices with the help of the e-invoicing portal otherwise their invoices will not be valid invoice and their suppliers may not be able to collect their ITC.

NOTE POINT***
Our government has made an e-invoicing scheme and their scheme is for every type of person who has a GST number. He will generate all taxable invoices by e-invoicing method otherwise his supplier may not be able to collect ITC.

Thanks
