How to do Register in Trademark? EASY STEP BY STEP.
Here we go,
Step 1: Go to The Google And Search Trademark E-Filing .
Step 2: click on Proceed For Registration.
Step 3: Select Proprietor
Step 4: click on Search.
Step 5: Search Search Text in Proprietor Name.
Step 6: Click on Submit.
Step 7: You will Get this Type of Screen. Select Add New.
Step 8: Select Proprietor Category. Mark on Single firm .
Step 9: Enter Proprietor Details. Name, Address, Nation, Service Address, ,Telephone, Fax.
Step 10: Add Trade Details.
Step 11: Add Legal Status. put Proprietor
Step 12: Add Description of your Business.
Step 13: Click on Submit.
After Submission you will get a Code .Copy That Code.
Automatically open your New Registration Form Icon.
Step 14: Put your Code and Enter Process.
Step 15: Attach Your DSC.
Step 16: Create Your Username ID and Password
Step 17: Put Your Email id and Phone No.
Step 18: Click on Register.
Step 19: It Show User has been Registered Successfully. then Clock on ok.
Step 20: Sign in the portal with ussername id and password . put captcha. and click login.
Step 21 : Click on New Form Filing.
Step 22: Select File TM-A. And Tick Mark on Individual/sole Proprietor.
Step 23: Mark on Trade Mark Application.
Step 24: Select Your Class. and Submit.
Step 25: Click Edit . Fill the missing Details And Update .
Step 26: Click Update.
Step 27: Type Trade mark . (Word)
Step 28: Put Trade Name .
Step 29: Select Trademark Language.
Step 30: Put Conditions and Limitations Discription of your Business Details.
Step 31: Tick Proposed To be used.
Step 32: Put Other Important Information or Statement.
Step 33: Select Save and Attached Proprietor Document . Docs. Required: PAN CARD, AADHAR CARD, BRAND LOGO.
Step 34: Select Done. And Preview Your Details.
Step 35: Attach Digital Sign and Submit.
Step 36: After Sign . Select Payment . CLICK ON Make Payment.
Step 37: pay the amount Fees- 4500/-. And Accept Terms & Conditions.
Step 38: After payment .You will get Challan.
Save Your Challan and Keep it, After That When All These Things are done when the payment of the challan etc. Is done after doing everything then go to the site after few hours then check whatever trademark registration you have done .please check your trade mark is successful or not then come in the trademark search time here you have enter the name of The trademark which was last with us check it.it would take time to 6 month or 1 year then this was the whole process of the how trademark registration is done.
