Hi Guy’s
This is Ravi Verma, and in this article, I will tell you about the new e-invoicing rule.
Let’s start,
From now on the government will change the limit of e-invoicing for exporters or other registered persons,
Any registered person, whose turnover limit in the previous financial year is more than 50 crores, then this type of business will have to issue an e-challan bill as per the new 2022 government rule.
Example:-
S.no | Turnover | Previous F.Y | New E-invoice rule |
1 | 40 crores | 2017 – 2018 | Applied |
2 | 50 crores | 2018 – 2019 | Applied |
3 | 60 crores | 2019 – 2020 | Applied |
4 | 48 crores | 2020 – 2021 | Applied |
5 | 70 crores | 2021 – 2022 | Applied |
Note – If the turnover of a registered person has exceeded 50 crores in any previous financial year, then he will have to follow the e-challan rule from April 1, 2022.
