Here’s what you can do to change your phone number on your Wise account:

- Prepare Your New Number:
- Make sure your new number is ready and able to receive texts.
- Submit the Required Information:
- When you change your number, we’ll ask for:
- A selfie with your ID
- Your new number (include the country code +91)

- We will send you an SMS to verify your new number.
- It takes between 1–2 working days to review your request.
- Troubleshooting Tips:
- Ensure your device can receive texts.
- Check for mobile signal or try switching it off and on.
- Make sure your number isn’t blocked due to too many verification requests.
- Email Alternative:
- If you’re having trouble uploading your selfie with ID, you can email it to us as an attachment along with your new phone number (including the country code).
